INGREDIENTS:

  1. Kadai (Quail) - 5
  2. Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tablespoon (tbsp)
  3. Hot red chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
  4. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Yogurt - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
  6. Lemon Juice or Vinegar - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  7. Salt - to taste.
  8. Oil - to deep fry them. (peanut oil is tasty)

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil, rub and mix the kadai (Quial) until its coated well.
  2. Marinate the Quail for 30 min to 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan (350 degree Fahrenheit) .
  4. Deep fry the kadai (quial) until they turn golden brown and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Keep the oil at all times 350 F for good result. You can buy oil thermometer to monitor the heat.
