INGREDIENTS:

  1. Minced goat or lamb meat - 250 grams
  2. Egg - 3
  3. Bengal gram - 100 grams
  4. Finely chopped Onion - 2
  5. Finely chopped Green chili - 6
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Black pepper powder - little
  8. Mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Curry leaf - 1 sprig
  10. Oil - as needed
  11. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Break the egg in a bowl, add black pepper powder and beat well.
  2. Cook the meat by adding salt as needed. When the meat is half cooked add bengal gram, turmeric powder and cook until bengal gram is cooked and the meat has no liquid or water. NOTE: the meat should be cooked dry.
  3. In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaf. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering.
  4. Now add onion, green chili and sauté until they become translucent.
  5. Now add the meat and mix well.
  6. Now add the egg and cook until every thing becomes loose and server.
