INGREDIENTS:

  1. Mutton (goat or lamb) meat - 1/4 kilo gram (without bones)
  2. Gram flour - 3 teaspoon (tsp)
  3. Coriander powder - 3 teaspoon (tsp)
  4. Hot chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Fennel seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Hot green chili - 3
  7. Onion - 200 grams
  8. Tomatoes - 100 grams
  9. Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  10. Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  11. Curry leaves (optional) - 5
  12. Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp)
  13. salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut onion, tomatoes, hot green chili into small pieces.
  2. Cook the mutton until is 3/4 cooked. (make sure you don't add too much water)
  3. Heat oil in a pan add curry leaves, Fennel seed, onion and cook until the onion turns golden brown.
  4. Now add the ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell is gone. Now add the tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
  5. Now add the coriander powder, cut green chili and cook for 2-3 min. (add little water if needed).
  6. Now add the 3/4 cooked meat and cook until it mix well. Now add the gram flour and cook until the meat is fried well.
