INGREDIENTS:

  1. Lamb or goat brain - 1
  2. Curry masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Egg - 1
  4. Finely chopped green chili - 1
  5. Finely chopped onion - 1
  6. Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  10. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak the brain for 3 minutes in a boiled water.
  2. Now remove the brain from the boiled water. Now remove the membrane and wash the brain well and keep it aside.
  3. In a bowl break the egg. Now add brain onion, curry masala powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili, salt and beat well to a batter.
  4. Heat the flat iron skillet or non-stick tawa pan with coat of oil.
  5. Pour a small ladle of batter in the center, spread with the back of the ladle to a thick round flat shape.
  6. Once bottom side is cooked, flip over and cook until the adai dosai is cooked on the other side. Remove and serve

NOTES:

  1. Should take 3 minutes to cook each side.
