INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ground mutton (goat or lamb) - 250 grams
  2. Dry chili - 8
  3. Cinnamon stick - small piece
  4. Garlic - 10 cloves
  5. Shredded coconut - from 1/2 coconut
  6. Roasted gram - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  7. Fennel seed, cumin seed - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  8. Oil - for frying
  9. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:PREPARATION:

  1. Wash the mutton and drain all the water from it.
  2. Grind all the ingredients expect oil in a blender until they are nicely ground. NOTE: don't add water.
  3. Now make small balls out of the mutton.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry all the balls until they are golden brown and serve.
