Ground meat stuffed capsicum recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ground meat - 200 grams
  2. Capsicum - 6
  3. Chopped Onion - 1
  4. Cooked rice - 1 cup
  5. Milk or tomato puree - 1/2 cup
  6. Unsalted butter - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  7. Chopped Carrot - 1
  8. Chopped Potato - 1
  9. Chopped Green bean - 100 grams
  10. Chopped Celery stem - 1
  11. Cheese cube - 1
  12. Bread crumb - as needed
  13. Black pepper powder - as needed
  14. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Remove the stem from the bottom of the capsicum and remove all the seeds from the hole. Cook the capsicum until half cooked by adding water.
  2. Cook carrot, green bean, potato, salt to taste.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan. Add ground meat, onion and sauté until meat become golden brown. Now add the capsicum cooked water (1 cup) and cook until all the water evaporated.
  4. Now add the cooked vegetables, celery, milk or tomato puree, cooked rice to meat. Cook the meat until all the water evaporated and meat becomes dry.
  5. Now stuff all the half cooked capsicum with the meat. Now stack them in a baking pan. Sprinkle the stuffed capsicum with shredded cheese, bread crumbs and bake this in pre-heated (350 degree Fahrenheit) oven for 20 minutes and serve.
