Ground goat or lamb cutlet recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ground goat or lamb meat - 1/4 kilogram
  2. Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Gram masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Potato - 4 medium size
  7. Carrot - 2 small
  8. Finely chopped onion - 3
  9. Finely chopped green chili - 2
  10. Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  11. Egg - 2
  12. Bread crumbs - as needed
  13. Oil - to deep fry
  14. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Break the eggs, beat them in a bowl.
  2. Boil potato and carrot in water. Drain the water and mash them.
  3. In a pan add ground goat or lamb meat, turmeric powder, chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste and cook until its well done. (add as little water as possible. Meat already has water )
  4. Add potato, carrot mash, chopped onion, chopped green chili, coriander leaves to the cooked meat and mix well.
  5. Now make small ball out of meat. Flatten all the meat balls.
  6. Now for each flatten meat ball dip in egg and coat them well with bread crumbs. Keep them aside for half an hour. (you can keep them in fridge)
  7. Heat oil to deep fry in a heavy pan. Fry the cutlet (meat coated with bread crumbs) until golden brown and server them.
