Goat or lamb trotter (feet) soup recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Goat or lamb trotter (feet) - 4 count
  2. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 table spoon
  3. Cumin seeds - 1 table spoon
  4. Shallots (small onion) - 20
  5. Garlic - 3 cloves
  6. Hot green chili - 2
  7. Oil - 2 table spoon
  8. Black Pepper Powder - 2 table spoon.
  9. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind cumin seeds, shallots (small onion), garlic, hot green chili into a paste.
  2. Add 1 cup of water, black pepper powder, the ground paste and cook the trotter (feet) in pressure cooker (6 whistle) or simmer and cook in a pan until the meat falls of the bones and serve.
  3. Once the pressure is gone in case of pressure cooker. Serve the soup.
