Goat liver gravy recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Goat or lamb liver - 1/4 kilo gram
  2. Onion - 1
  3. Tomatoes - 2
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
  5. Hot chili powder - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
  6. Coriander powder - 1/2 tablespoon (tbsp)
  7. Garam masala powder - 1/4 table spoon (tbsp)
  8. Hot green chili - 1
  9. Oil - 3 tablespoon
  10. Vinegar - 2 tablespoon (optional)
  11. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut onions, tomatoes, green chili into fine pieces. Cut liver into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Marinate live with Vinegar and salt
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste cook until color changes, now add the cut onion, green chili and cook until the onion turns golden brown.
  4. Now add the tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
  5. Now add the marinated liver, mix and cook for 5 min.
  6. Now add the chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and cook for 2-3 min.
  7. Add water if need, simmer and cook until the liver is cooked well (20 min or so). and serve
