INGREDIENTS:

  1. Goat or lamb bones - 200 grams
  2. Cabbage - 100 grams
  3. Tomato - 100 grams
  4. Onion - 100 grams
  5. Carrot - 100 grams
  6. Celery - 100 grams
  7. Turnip - 100 grams
  8. Black pepper powder - as needed
  9. Shredded Cheese (optional) - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  10. Butter - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  11. Salt - to taste.

PREPARATION:

  1. Chop vegetables (cabbage, carrots, celery, turnips), onion, tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Boil meat bones with 4 cup of water and get broth.
  3. Melt butter in pan add onion, tomato, cabbage, carrots, celery, turnips and cook for few minutes.
  4. Now add the broth, bring to boil and cook until the vegetables are cooked and remove from heat.
  5. Filter the soup or you can mash the vegetables.
  6. When you serve, add black pepper powder, salt to taste as needed. You can sprinkle with cheese if you like cheese.
