French onion soup recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Onion - 4
  2. Butter - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Shredded cheese - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  5. Bread crumbs  - from 4 slices
  6. Goat or lamb bone - 200 grams
  7. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil the bones and get 4 cups of broth.
  2. Chop onion into fine pieces. Add butter to onion and mix well.
  3. Now add the onion to the broth.
  4. Bring the broth to boil, cook until onion is cooked and keep it aside.
  5. Bake the bread crumbs with cheese. (until the cheese melt and bread crumbs turn brown)
  6. Add salt, black pepper, bread crumbs to the boiled broth and serve.

NOTES:

  1. You can toast the bread crumbs in a pan, add cheese until it melt as well.
