INGREDIENTS:

  1. Tilapia fish fillet - 3
  2. Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  3. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  4. Salt - to taste.
  5. Sambar powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Oil - 4 tablespoon (tbsp).

PREPARATION:

  1. Make a thick paste of turmeric, chili powder, salt and sambar powder.
  2. Mix fish with the paste coat well and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  3. In a pan heat oil fry the fish (cook one side when done flip and cook until done) and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Cook in medium heat.
