INGREDIENTS:

  1. Sura (Shark) – 1 cup
  2. Cinnamon stick – 1 inch
  3. Cloves – 2
  4. Finely chopped onion – 1
  5. Finely chopped garlic – 10 cloves
  6. Curry leaves – 10
  7. Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  8. Finely chopped green chilies – 3
  9. Black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
  10. Salt – to taste
  11. Oil – 3 tablespoon (tbsp)

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil Sura (Shark) with turmeric, salt for 20 minutes, peel the skin and crumble them into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon stick and cloves.
  3. Now add onion and cook until it turns golden brown. now add the garlic and green chilies and cook until they are cooked.
  4. Add the fish and cook until oil is well coated and color changes like fried in oil.
  5. Now add the black pepper, curry leaves and cook for 3 min and serve.
