Sea bass tandoori baked fish recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Big sea bass - cut 6 pieces
  2. Curd or yogurt - 1/4 cup
  3. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  4. Tandoori masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Paprika powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  7. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  8. Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  9. Oil - as needed
  10. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Apply vinegar, lemon juice and salt as needed on the fish.
  2. Add chili powder, tandoori masala powder, garlic powder, paprika powder to yogurt or curd and mix well.
  3. Apply well the yogurt on the fish and marinate for 1 hour. Now brush the fish with oil.
  4. Heat the oven to 200 degree Fahrenheit, in a baking tray bake the fish for 20 minutes and serve.
