Radish and dry anchovy fry recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Finely chopped Radish - 1/4 kilograms
  2. Dry anchovy fish - 100 grams
  3. Thick tamarind juice - 1/4 cup
  4. Finely chopped onion - 1
  5. Finely chopped tomato - 1
  6. Chopped Garlic - 4 cloves
  7. Sliced green chili - 2
  8. Curry leaf - 8
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Chili powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  11. Oil - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  12. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in a pan add the anchovy and fry them. Once the anchovy is fried add onion, tomato, green chili, curry leaf, radish and sauté until oil starts to separate.
  2. Now add chili powder, turmeric powder, tamarind juice, salt and cook until the raw smell of tamarind is gone. Continue cooking until the oil separates and serve.
