INGREDIENTS:

  1. Big panna fish - 1
  2. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Fennel seed powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Oil - 1/4 cup.

PREPARATION:

  1. Clean and cut the fish into big pieces.
  2. Marinate the fish for 15 minutes by adding turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, fennel seed powder mixed well in a bowl.
  3. In a pan heat oil and fry the fish both sides until it turns golden brown and serve. NOTE: takes 3 to 4 minutes to cook each side.

NOTES:

  1. Panna fish
  2. circled paratha dough
  3. OTHER FISHES CAN BE COOKED THIS WAY AS WELL.
