Cat fish grilled fillet recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cat fish fillet - 1/2 kilo gram
  2. Lemon - 1
  3. Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
  4. Chicken tikka masala - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  7. Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  8. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix the fish, lemon juice, oil, black pepper powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt.
  2. Marinate the mixture for 1 hour.
  3. Grill the fish fillet and serve.

NOTES:

  1. You can also bake the fish with oven 350 degree Fahrenheit for 20 min. Or you can use the microwave to grill the fish for 20 min each side.
