INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boiled eggs - 6
  2. Ground goat or lamb meat - 150 grams
  3. Potato - 4
  4. Coriander leaves - 1 small bunch
  5. Finely chopped green chili - 6
  6. Beaten eggs - 2
  7. Bread crumbs - as needed (1/2 cup)
  8. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Skin the potato, boil and mash them.
  2. Cook the ground goat or lamb meat by adding salt as needed with little water as possible.
  3. Mix goat or lamb meat, mashed potato, coriander leaves, green chili, salt to taste. Make 5 to 6 balls with the meat and flatten them.
  4. Place the boiled egg in the middle of flatten meat and roll them. i.e. meat should cover the eggs.
  5. Dip the meat in the beaten egg, then coat them with bread crumbs.
  6. In a deep fryer heat oil to 350 degree Fahrenheit and deep fry them until they turn golden brown.
  7. You can serve whole or cut them into two.

NOTES:

  1. Keep the oil Temperature close to 350 degree Fahrenheit. You can fry them in batches so the oil does not cool fast
