Scallion omelette recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 3
  2. Finely chopped scallion (spring onion) - from 1 bunch
  3. Black pepper powder - as needed
  4. Oil - as required
  5. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl break and add the egg. To this add scallion, black pepper powder, salt. Now beat the egg well.
  2. Heat a skillet apply butter or oil. pour the egg mixture in.
  3. As the omelette starts to set, lift an edge of the omelette with a spatula and tilt the pan so that the runny, unset portion of the omelette can run underneath and start to set. Repeat on the opposite side
  4. Once done serve.
