Potato cheese omelette recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 4
  2. Potato - 1
  3. Cheese - one slice
  4. Finely chopped onion - 1
  5. Finely chopped green chili - 1
  6. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Oil - as needed
  8. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Remove the potato skin and cut them into long thin sticks. Add salt to them, mix well and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan heat oil and fry the potato sticks like you do for potato fries and keep it aside.
  3. In a pan heat oil and sauté onion, green chili until the onion is sautéed.
  4. Break the egg in bowl, add sautéed onion green chili , black pepper powder, potato sticks, shredded cheese, salt as needed and beat well.
  5. Heat a skillet apply butter or oil. pour the egg mixture in.
  6. Once bottom side is cooked flip the omelette and cook the top side and serve.
