Omelet roll fried rice recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cooked rice - 1 cup
  2. Chopped Capsicum - 1/4
  3. Chopped Onion - 1/4
  4. Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Cooked corn - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Tomato sauce - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Egg - 2
  8. Salt - as needed
  9. Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Now add onion, capsicum and sauté until the onion is translucent (golden brown).
  2. Now add the cooked rice, black pepper and sauté well.
  3. Now add the tomato sauce and mix well.
  4. Now add corn. Mix well and remove from heat (stove)
  5. Beat eggs and keep it aside.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet. Now pour the egg and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Now place the fried rice in the middle of the omelet. Pull edges of the omelet to the center and cover the rice.
  8. Now transfer the fried stuff omelet to a place and serve with tomato sauce.

NOTES:

  1. Its called Omurice (オムライス) in Japanese
  2. Serves 1 person
