INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 2
  2. Finely chopped onion - 1
  3. Finely chopped tomato - 1 big
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Mustard seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Finely chopped Garlic - 5 cloves
  9. Finely chopped Curry leaf - 7
  10. Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  11. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed once it start splattering add curry leaves, garlic and cook until the garlic turns golden brown.
  2. Now add the onion and cook until onion turns golden brown.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and sauté for couple of minutes.
  4. Now add the tomato and cook until oil separates.
  5. Now break the eggs and add them. Sauté and cook until the egg is cooked well. (about 5 minutes) and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with rice and chapati.
