INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
  2. Maida flour - 1/4 cup
  3. Egg - 2
  4. Shredded carrot - 1
  5. Finely chopped onion - 1
  6. Finely chopped capsicum - 1/2
  7. Finely chopped coriander leaf - little
  8. Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Oil - as needed
  11. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add wheat flour, Maida four, water as needed and make a soft dough.
  2. In a bowl break the eggs. Add carrot, capsicum, coriander leaves, cumin powder, chili power, salt as needed. Beat all this together.
  3. Make big balls out the dough. Now flatten them. Now place egg mixture and spread. Fold the corners of the dough to inwards and seal the mixture. NOTE: this will look flat and square.
  4. Heat iron skillet and grease with oil. Place the raw parotta and sprinkle oil around it. Cook parotta both side until the parotta is cooked then serve.
