INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 2
  2. Finely chopped onion - 2
  3. Finely chopped Green chili - 1
  4. Finely chopped Ginger - little
  5. Finely chopped Curry leaves - 1 sprig
  6. Anise seed powder - 1/4  teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Black pepper powder- 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Bengal gram flour - teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Ground nut oil - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  11. Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Break egg into a bowl.
  2. Now add to egg all the ingredients expect oil and beat well.
  3. Heat oil in flat iron. Now pour the egg mixture and make an omelet...
