INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 4
  2. Big size onion - 1
  3. Big size tomato - 1
  4. Medium size Potato - 4
  5. Oil - as needed
  6. Salt - for taste
  7. -- To grind to paste --
    1. Dry chili - 6
    2. Onion - 1
    3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
    4. Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
    5. Poppy seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
    6. Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
    7. Sesame seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
    8. Fresh shredded coconut - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
    9. Brown sugar (optional) - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut the boiled eggs into 2 vertical pieces.
  2. Cut the boiled potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Finely chopped onion, tomato. Boil the potatoes and remove the skin.
  4. Grind the ingredients under the section "-- To grind to paste --" to a fine thick paste by adding water as needed.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Now add onion and sauté until they turns translucent.
  6. Now add tomatoes and sauté until they become mushy.
  7. Now add the ground paste and sauté until the oil separates.
  8. Now add water as needed, salt and bring to boil. Once the curry become little thick add egg pieces, potatoes cubes.
  9. Boil and cook this for couple (2) of minutes and then serve.
