INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boiled Egg - 2
  2. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Fennel seed powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Chopped curry leaves - little
  6. Oil - to fry.
  7. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Make a thick paste (masala) by adding water to ingredients turmeric powder, chili powder, fennel seed powder, salt.
  2. Slice the egg into 2 halves. Now rub the paste gently until the eggs are well coated. and keep them aside.
  3. Now heat little oil in skillet (like you do for fish fry). Now place the eggs york side and cook for 2 minutes then flip over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes then severe by garnishing with curry leaves.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with rice.
