INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 4
  2. Gram flour - 1 cup
  3. Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  4. Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Asafoetida powder - a pinch
  7. Oil - to fry.
  8. -- To make onion masala --
    1. Thinly sliced Onion - 1
    2. Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
    3. Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
    4. Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Make omelet with each egg.
  2. Mix gram flour, rice flour, chili powder, salt to taste and make a batter by adding water as needed.
  3. Dip the egg omelet and deep fry them like Bhajji.
  4. Making Masala: Heat 2 tablespoon (tbsp.) of oil in a pan; add onion, ginger garlic paste and cook until onion turns golden brown. Now add the coriander powder, chili powder and sauté until oil separates and keep it aside.
  5. Cut a deep fried egg into small pieces, add the masala in the center and serve.
