Egg fried chapatti recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cooked chapatti - 6
  2. Egg - 1
  3. Finely chopped spring onion - 1/4 cup
  4. Finely chopped green chili - 2
  5. Shredded carrot - 1/4 cup
  6. Shredded radish - 1/4 cup
  7. Finely chopped green beans - 1/4 cup
  8. Finely chopped Tomato - 1/2
  9. Chicken masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Cumin seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  11. Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Oil - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Break the chapatti into small pieces.
  2. Heat 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) of oil. add green beans and cook for 2 minutes and keep it aside.
  3. Now heat rest of the oil in the same pan then add cumin seed; once the cumin seed stop splattering add onion, spring onion, green chili and sauté until onion turns golden brown.
  4. Now add carrot, radish, sautéed green beans and sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add the tomato and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Now add the chicken masala powder, 4 tablespoon (tbsp.) water, chapatti pieces and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Now break the egg and add to the cooking chapatti pieces and sauté until the egg is cooked.
  8. Now add black pepper powder, coriander leaves; sauté for a minute or so and then serve.

NOTES:

  1. You can add cabbage, capsicum if you like.
