INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bread slice - 3
  2. Egg - 2
  3. Finely chopped Onion - 1
  4. Finely chopped Green chili - 2
  5. Finely chopped Curry leaf - 8
  6. Mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Oil - 2 to 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Break the bread slices into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed once it stop splattering, then add onion, curry leaf, green chili and cook until the onion turns translucent (golden brown).
  3. Now add the bread pieces and sauté for a minute.
  4. Now break the egg, salt to taste.
  5. Sauté and cook until egg is cooked well and serve.
