INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 3
  2. Finely chopped onion - 1
  3. Finely chopped tomato - 2
  4. Finely chopped green chili - 2
  5. Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Oil - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Salt - to taste.

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl break the eggs, add black pepper powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste and beat the eggs well.
  2. In pan heat oil, add the onion and cook until it turns golden brown. Now add green chili and cook until it cooked.
  3. Now add the tomato and cook until oil separates.
  4. Now add the beaten egg. Cook the egg stirring continuously in low heat until the egg is done and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Egg should look like kind of pop corn.
  2. Stirring continuously will break the egg into pieces.
