INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Egg - 1
  3. Salt - as needed.

PREPARATION:

  1. In bowl break the egg, add wheat flour and salt.
  2. Now add water as needed and make dosai batter.
  3. -- Making Dosai --
    1. Heat the flat iron skillet or non-stick tawa pan well.
    2. Pour a spoonful of batter in the center, spread with the back of the spoon to a thin flat round sheet
    3. Once this side is cooked, flip over and cook until the dosai is cooked on the other side.
    4. Remove and serve

NOTES:

  1. Serve this with idli podi or spicy chutney.
