INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 4
  2. Finely chopped onion - 2
  3. Finely chopped tomato - 1
  4. Grated Cheese - 45 grams
  5. Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  6. Black pepper powder - as needed or 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Oil - as needed
  8. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl. Add onion, tomato, black pepper powder, salt as needed and beat the egg well.
  2. Heat oil in a iron skillet. Now pour the beaten egg. Reduce the heat to low. Place a lid over the skillet and cook the omelet.
  3. Once the omelet is cooked. Sprinkle the cheese half side of the omelet. Once the cheese melted flip the other half and serve. i.e. Cover the melted cheese side with the other half of the omelet.

NOTES:

  1. Good to go with toasted bread. you place the omelet between two toasted bread slices and serve.
