Bread and egg bhurji recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bread slices - 6
  2. Egg - 3
  3. Finely chopped Green chili - 2
  4. Finely chopped Onion - 1
  5. Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Oil - as needed
  7. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Chop bread slices into small pieces.
  2. Break the egg into a bowl, add salt and beat them well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds once it stopped splattering add onion, green chili and sauté until onion turn translucent (golden brown)
  4. Now add the chopped bread slices and sauté until they become crispy.
  5. Now add the beaten egg and stir vigorously and continuously. Cook until the egg is set and soft then serve.
