INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bread Slices - 4
  2. Milk - 1/4 cup
  3. Egg - 1
  4. Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix egg, black pepper, milk and salt in a bowl.
  2. Heat a skillet with butter or oil. Dip the bread slices in the mixture and toast in the skillet and serve.
