INGREDIENTS:

  1. Crab - 500 grams
  2. Black pepper - 3 teaspoon (tsp)
  3. Garlic - 4 cloves
  4. Onion - 2
  5. Tomatoes - 4
  6. Coconut milk - 500 mille liter
  7. Coriander leaves - 15
  8. Lemon - 1
  9. Oil - 1/4 cup
  10. Cinnamon stick - 1 inch piece
  11. Cloves - 3
  12. Hot chili powder - 4 teaspoon (tsp)
  13. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Clean the crab and keep it aside.
  2. Grind garlic, black pepper into a fine paste. Keep it aside.
  3. Grind tomatoes in to fine paste. Cut the onions into fine pieces
  4. Heat oil in a pan, now add the cinnamon stick, cloves, garlic and black pepper paste and cook for 1-2 min.
  5. Now add the cut onions and cook until golden brown.
  6. Now add the tomato paste and crab mix and cook until it boils. Squeeze the lemon juice.
  7. Now add coconut milk, hot chili powder, salt and cook until the mixture reaches curry consistency or thinness of you choice or dry.
  8. Add coriander leaves mix and cook for a minute. Remove and server hot.
