INGREDIENTS:

  1. Small chicken pieces (1 inch size) - 1/4 kilogram
  2. Lemon - 1
  3. Ginger - 1 inch
  4. Garlic - 2 cloves
  5. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
  9. Cloves - 2
  10. Oil - to deep fry (1 cup or as needed)
  11. Salt - to taste.

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick, cloves into a fine paste by adding as little water as possible.
  2. Add this ground paste and salt to taste to the chicken and marinate for 2 - 4 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a pan or tawa. Deep fry the chicken and serve.

NOTES:

  1. If you use tawa fry them like you fry fish and serve. You want to keep the heat in medium, simmer and fry.
