Simple chicken sandwich recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bread slice - 4
  2. Finely sliced onion - 1
  3. Chopped tomato - 1
  4. Finely chopped green chili - 1
  5. Cooked boneless chicken pieces - 3 or 4
  6. Unsalted butter (optional ) - as needed
  7. Coriander leaf - as needed
  8. Oil - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. In a pan heat oil, add onion, salt and sauté. once the onion is sautéed, add tomato and sauté until the oil separates.
  2. Once the tomato is sautéed add chicken pieces, green chili and sauté well. Once sautéed well add coriander leaves mix well and keep it aside.
  3. Butter the bread slices, place the chicken mixture and toast them with sandwich toaster or on in a skillet and serve.

NOTES:

  1. You can make this sandwich with chicken meat from curry, fried boneless chicken as well.
