INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chicken bone - 1 kilogram
  2. Chopped Big Onion - 1
  3. Chopped Carrot - 2
  4. Chopped Celery - 2
  5. Black pepper - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  6. Bay leaf - 3

PREPARATION:

  1. In a big pan add chicken bones, onion, carrot, celery, black pepper, bay leaf , 2 liter and bring to boil. Simmer and cook this for 4 hours until its reduce to half.
  2. Filter the pieces and keep the stock (liquid) in a air tight container, store in refrigerator and use when needed.

NOTES:

  1. You can use mutton (goat and lamb) bones and make mutton stock recipe.
  2. You can do the same with vegetables to make vegetable stock.
