INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boneless chicken pieces - 1/4 kilogram
  2. Black pepper powder (finely grounded) - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Egg - 2
  4. Bread crumbs - 1 cup
  5. Salt - as needed
  6. Oil - to fry.

PREPARATION:

  1. Remove all the moisture from the chicken pieces. Add the chicken to the blender (mixer) and grind into a fine paste.
  2. Now add black pepper powder, salt and grind for couple of seconds.
  3. In a bowl break the egg and beat well.
  4. Make shapes with the ground chicken.
  5. Dip the chicken nuggets in egg then coat with bread crumbs and deep fry them until they turn golden brown and then serve. NOTE: fry them in batches to keep the oil hot for best result.

NOTES:

  1. You can do this with ground chicken as well.
