Chicken fry recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. chicken - 1/2 kilogram
  2. Oil - to fry
  3. Ingredients grind to paste:
    1. Onion - 1
    2. Hot green chilies - 2
    3. cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
    4. vinegar - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
    5. lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
    6. ginger paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
    7. garlic paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
    8. Yogurt or Curd - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
    9. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Wash and cut the chicken meat into 1 inch cubes
  2. Grind all the ingredients except chicken and oil into a fine paste.
  3. Marinate the chicken mixed with the ground paste in a bowl for 2 hours
  4. In a fryer or in a deep pan heat oil and fry the chicken pieces until done
