INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chicken - 1/4 kilogram
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Vinegar - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Finely Sliced onion - 1
  8. Dry chili - 2
  9. Curry leaf - 5
  10. Sugar (optional) - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  11. Finely chopped garlic - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  12. Oil - to fry.
  13. Salt - to taste.

PREPARATION:

  1. Marinate the chicken with 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.) vinegar, 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.) soy sauce, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, salt as needed for 30 minutes. (basically mix all).
  2. Now deep or shallow fry the chicken pieces and keep them aside.
  3. In a pan heat 3 teaspoon (tsp.) of oil. Now add chopped garlic and sauté until it turns brown.
  4. Now add dry chili, onion, curry leaves, salt as needed and sauté until onion turn translucent (golden brown).
  5. Now add the rest of soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add the fried chicken, sauté until its well coated and serve hot.
