Chicken chops recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chicken - 1/2 kilogram
  2. Finely chopped tomato - 3
  3. Finely chopped onion - 1
  4. Curry masala powder - 1/4 cup
  5. Ginger paste -2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Garlic paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Chili powder - 1 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Coriander leaf - 20 leaves
  10. Mint leaf - 20 leaves
  11. Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  12. Yogurt or curd - 1/2 cup
  13. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  14. Oil - 5 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in a pan add onion and cook until they turn golden brown.
  2. Now add the tomato and cook until oil separates.
  3. Now add the ginger and garlic paste, cook until raw smell goes away.
  4. Now add 3/4 of coriander, 3/4 of mint leaves and cook for few minutes.
  5. Now add the chili powder, curry masala powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
  6. Now add salt, yogurt and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Now add the chicken, cover simmer and cook until the chicken is done. NOTE: time to time stir other wise chops will get burnt.
  8. Before you remove from heat add the garam masala powder, rest of coriander leaves, rest of the mint leaves mix well and serve.
