Beef fry recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Fatty Beef - 1/2 kilo gram ( cut into cubes with no bones)
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Gram masala - 1/4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  4. Hot chili powder - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  5. Yogurt - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  6. Oil - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  7. Hot green chili - 2
  8. Curry leaves - 4 leaves (optional)
  9. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut green chili into small pieces
  2. In a pressure cooker (you can use a pan as well) add beef, ginger garlic paste, gram masala, hot chili powder, yogurt add 1/4 cup of water and cook the meat.
  3. After pressure is gone, simmer and cook until all the water is gone.
  4. Heat oil in a pan add the hot green chili and curry leaves cook for 2-3 min.
  5. Now add the cooked meat and cook until oil separates.
  6. Once the desired dryness has been achieved serve.
