INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ripe Avocado - 1
  2. Ripe Banana - 1
  3. Seedless Dates - 10
  4. Cream (optional) - 50 milliliter
  5. Milk - 250 milliliter   

PREPARATION:

  1. Remove the skin, nuts from avocado. remove skin from banana.
  2. In a blender or mixer add avocado, banana, dates, cream and grind to a thick shake by adding milks as needed and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Add sugar if you like to be sweeter. You can add ice cubes while blending.
