INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ripe mango flesh - 1 cup
  2. Yogurt or thick butter milk - 1 cup
  3. Milk - 1/4 cup
  4. Sugar - 3 tablespoon (tbsp) or as required.

PREPARATION:

  1. In a blender (mixi) add the mango, yogurt, milk and sugar and blend the into a smoothie and serve
