Paakharkaai (bitter melon) juice recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Paakharkaai (bitter melon) - 1 small size
  2. Black pepper - 1/4 table spoon
  3. Cumin seeds - 1/4 table spoon
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Lemon juice - from 1 lemon

PREPARATION:

  1. Remove the seeds from the bitter melon.
  2. In a blender (mixi) add the bitter melon, black pepper, cumin seeds, salt.
  3. Add a 1 cup or 1 1/2 cup of water and blend them for 2-5 min.
  4. Strain the blend and get the juice.
  5. Now add the lemon juice and serve with or without ice cubes.
