INGREDIENTS:

  1. Milk - 1 1/2 liter
  2. Sugar - 1 cup
  3. Cashews - 15
  4. Almonds (badam) - 20
  5. Pistachio (pista) - 15
  6. Saffron - 1 pinch (optional)
  7. Cardamom - 6

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil the milk in a pan (non-stick). When it boils add the sugar and stir well until sugar dissolves.
  2. Grind the cashews, almonds, pistachio into a find powder with pestle or in blender (mixi)
  3. Add the saffron to boiling milk. Once it turns into yellow color.
  4. Add the ground nuts.
  5. Simmer and cook the milk until the right thickness of you preference.
  6. Serve cold or hot depending on the preference.
