Ginger tea recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Whole Milk or Milk - 1 cup
  2. Black tea or tea leaves - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
  3. Water 1/4 cup
  4. Grated ginger - 2 inches
  5. Crushed Cardamom - 1
  6. Sugar or Honey - as required

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil water with black tea, ginger, cardamom for 10 min.
  2. Now add milk and boil until the liquid reduced to 2/3. Remove from heat and filter it.
  3. Now add sugar or honey mix well and serve.

NOTES:

  1. When boil milk keep an eye it will easily foam and over flow.
