Fennel seed tea recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Roasted fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  2. Ginger - 1/2 inch
  3. Tea powder - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
  4. Boiled milk - 1 cup
  5. Sugar - 2 tablespoon (tbsp) or as required

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut to ginger in fine pieces.
  2. Add fennel seed, ginger, tea to the milk and boil for 3-4 min.
  3. Filter the tea add sugar and serve.
