INGREDIENTS:

  1. Maida flour - 1/2 kilogram
  2. Ghee or dalda - 150 grams
  3. Powdered Sugar - 100 grams
  4. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Oil - as needed to fry.

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add maida flour, powdered sugar, melted ghee or dalda, salt and make a soft dough.
  2. Now roll the dough into a think sheet. Make shapes (refer to sample shape below) as need keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry them to golden brown in low flame and serve.
